The Benefit of Honey


At first, people consume honey as food, or sweetener for food and drinks. Honey contains of sugar and other substances which make it sweet. Among all those substances there is 38% of fructose, 31% luctose, and 5% sucrose. Honey also contains of antioxidant and vitamin c. 
Because honey has lots of sugar, people with diabetes are not recommended to consume much honey. However, honey also has lots of advantages, such as:

1.       Moisturizing your body
2.       Helping your secretion system works works
3.       Secreting your sputum
4.       Whitening your tooth
5.       Nutritioning your hair
6.       Keeping your body metabolism

 According to International World Journal, honey also works in treating wounds. From a small wounds until  the severe ones, like scorch. It is being proven that honey is able in reducing inflamation and treating wounds.
