At first, people consume honey as food, or sweetener
for food and drinks. Honey contains of sugar and other substances which make it
sweet. Among all those substances there is 38% of fructose, 31% luctose, and 5%
sucrose. Honey also contains of antioxidant and vitamin c.
Because honey has
lots of sugar, people with diabetes are not recommended to consume much honey.
