Tips to Get Fit And Sexy With Body Combat



Body Combat is one of the fitness class which combines martial arts from around the world. Body Combat inspired martial arts such as Taijiquan, Muay Thai, Taekwondo, Kung Fu and Karate. Although it carries the name of the martial arts, but Body Combat class participants are not required to have the stamina or muscular endurance like an athlete and not have physical contact such movements martial general. Because Body Combat is a class where participants set the intensity of the movement itself.
Was first released in June of 1999 in New Zealand. Since it is a collection of movements and different musical every three months. With the accompaniment of the latest music and martial arts movements, Body Combat is a combination of fitness classes are vibrant and dynamic.

Here is the body combat movements:


  1. Step forward with your right foot forward and left foot back, and a few horses. The position of the hand clenched and raised to the shoulder. The benefit for toning arms and thigh muscles.
