Tips on How to Decrease the Distended Stomach
One of the causes of belly fat problem is a poor lifestyle and eating too much junk food or fast food, and lack of activity or sport that has been accelerating the abdomen became distended.
Here are tips to shrink the stomach distended and its prevention:
Avoid eating quickly
Because when you swallow food too quickly, there is the air that enters the body is stuck in the intestines and form a gas that can trigger abdominal distension.
Avoid the habit of loosening pants after eating
Usually somewhat satisfied after eating and there are some people who are accustomed to loosen their pants, the goal for stomach relief. But the effects are stomach so even expand.
Avoid eating at bedtime
It is better to avoid eating two to three hours of bedtime, because it will make the food piled up while you were sleeping.
Eat fibrous foods

Avoid constipation

Reduce consumption of drugs
Can inflate the abdominal side effects resulting from taking the drug. Aspirin sometimes causes problems that lead to constipation and abdominal distension, including contraceptive pills are often taken to prevent pregnancy.
Consume lots of water
If the stomach is full, you can actually reduce the problem by drinking more water. This will dilute the concentration of sodium in the body thereby increasing the amount of water out of the system. Drinking more water also ensures effective biliary function to remove waste products.
Regular exercise
Regular exercise is mandatory to shrink belly fat, if we work hard body will certainly waste a lot of calories and fat in the body will make a force, making the body fluids through the body to sweat or urine to be taken into bile or urine.
Avoid Stress
In some people, stress can increase appetite and cause us to be difficult to sleep, so then prevent stress as early as possible to do with a refreshing or trying to sleep early.
