Shrink the Thigh
Have slim thighs and calves are always a dream of women. Small thighs (slim) would look sexy if using shorts. As with the form of large thighs and fat buried
The following exercises can be done to shrink your thighs :
1. Leg Circles
• Lie on your back and then both hands on the sides of the body, and tighten your abdominal muscles.
• bent your left leg, while the right leg lifted straight up.
• Then make circular motions on your leg lift.
• Play as much as 10 times clockwise and 10 times counterclockwise.
• Repeat the same for the next leg, you can repeat it as much as 10-15 times.
2. Jump Squats
• Stand up straight, feet hip-width apart and then open, and keep your hands on your hips.
• Tighten your abdominal muscles inward, then bend your knees until your thighs are parallel with the floor position.
• Jump and land at the same position (see picture).
• Repeat much as 10-15 times.
